By accessing or using EduFite ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EduFite is an online educational platform designed to help users prepare for the CFA Level I examination. The Service provides study materials, practice quizzes, flashcards, mock exams, AI-powered tutoring, and analytics tools.

EduFite is an independent educational resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with CFA Institute. CFA® is a registered trademark owned by CFA Institute.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You may not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription & Payments

  • The Service offers both free and premium subscription plans.
  • Premium subscriptions are processed through a trusted, globally recognized payment provider. We never store your financial details on our servers.
  • If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment by contacting our support team.
  • Prices are listed in USD and may be updated with prior notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
  • Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without permission.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are the property of EduFite and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any materials without written consent.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate study materials, explanations, and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You should always verify critical information with official CFA Institute materials.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that using the Service will result in passing the CFA examination.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduFite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
